Due to the Nature of Our Products

Because our products are research chemicals intended for laboratory use, and because their integrity depends on unbroken storage and handling conditions once shipped, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has left our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Bkresearchlabs@bkresearchlabs.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us at Bkresearchlabs@bkresearchlabs.com or (480) 779-0447. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the policy above.
